TCI will help you turn your vision for your home into a reality. We’ll prepare preliminary and design drawings for you and assist with applications including Planning Permission, Permitted Development Rights, Building Regulations, Listed Building and Conservation Area consents and Changes of Use.
You’ll also have the benefit of our considerable experience to help you with the design, maximising the use of natural light, selecting the right materials and taking into account other considerations such as structural design, ground levels, boundaries, rights of light and trees.
Fixed Price Contracts (not “estimates”)
A common fear when considering a building and extension project is that costs will escalate and work will overrun. Not with TCI. We provide quotations, not estimates. We work to a fixed price contract and have built our business on our ability to deliver on time.
